Lien/finance checks and registration status.
Recall notices and safety inspection records (where available).
Our reports are data aggregation tools and do not constitute:
A physical mechanical inspection or safety guarantee of a vehicle’s current physical condition.
A legal title warranty or legally binding valuation certificate.
An exhaustive record of events that were never formally reported to government or insurance databases.
“While we take reasonable care to gather data from reliable sources, third-party databases may occasionally contain delays, omissions, or errors. We do not guarantee that the information in any report is 100% complete, error-free, or accurate at the exact moment of viewing. We recommend combining your digital report with a professional physical inspection before making a purchase.
You’re responsible for making sure the VIN or license plate number entered is correct.
Reports are generated automatically and delivered to your email, typically within 30 minutes to 2 hours of purchase, depending on the plan selected.
If a report fails to generate due to a technical issue, our team will re-process the order or notify you by email.
All payments are processed securely via encrypted payment gateways.
Due to the instant digital nature of our data delivery, orders are non-refundable once a report has been generated and delivered.
If an incorrect VIN was submitted by the user or if a report fails to generate due to a system error, please contact support for order adjustment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vehicle Records Check and ZAHZ PTY LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our reports or services, including but not limited to decisions made based on report content. Our total liability for any claim relating to a report is limited to the amount you paid for that report.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which the Company is registered. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your own country of residence. If any provision of these terms is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to remain effective.
